Arriving home after the farmer’s market, I was greeted by a cozy sight. A fire crackling in the woodstove and two boys busily crocheting, while Celtic fiddles played in the background. I can already see the magnitude of gifts that this life, combined with the blessings of our amazing school community, bring to our family. This weekend, I gained a scarf and a washcloth, crocheted with diligence by Dragonfly boy. Pixie invented a complicated design, involving a thumb holder, cord and a variety of loops, which he called a “schmeef”.
